Full Job Description
As the AI Lead you will drive the integration of artificial intelligence across our HR transformation agenda. This role will shape and deliver our HR AI roadmap, ensuring our systems, processes, and data foundations are designed to support AI-driven capabilities (including AI agents), while maintaining strong governance, compliance, and ethical standards.
As part of the HR Transformation team, you will work across HR, IT, Data, Risk, and external vendors to embed AI into core HR services and future-proof our operating model.

AI Strategy & Roadmap
• Define and own the HR AI roadmap aligned to broader business and HR strategy
• Identify, prioritize, and build business cases for AI use cases (e.g. employee self-service, recruitment, workforce analytics, case management)
• Translate emerging AI capabilities into practical HR applications
Delivery & Implementation
• Drive the end-to-end delivery of HR AI initiatives (from concept through to deployment and scaling)
• Partner with HR systems teams to ensure platforms (e.g. HCM, case management, knowledge systems) are AI-ready
• Oversee implementation of AI-enabled tools such as copilots, chatbots, and workflow automation
AI-Ready HR Architecture
• Ensure HR data, processes, and systems are structured to support AI and automation
• Define requirements for data quality, taxonomy, and knowledge management to enable AI agents
• Work closely with the enterprise AI team and data teams on integration and scalability
Governance, Risk & Compliance
• Establish and maintain AI governance frameworks within HR
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, employment law, and AI regulations
• Implement ethical AI principles, including bias mitigation and transparency
• Partner with Legal, Risk, and InfoSec on AI controls and policies
Change & Adoption
• Drive adoption of AI solutions across HR teams and end users
• Support change management, training, and communications
• Build AI capability within HR (upskilling, guidance, best practices)
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
• Track performance and ROI of AI initiatives
• Stay current on AI trends and assess relevance to HR
• Continuously evolve the HR AI strategy based on outcomes and new technologies
What You Bring
• Relevant experience or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI, emerging technology, and risk & compliance.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing AI
• Experience working cross-functionally with legal, compliance, risk, IT, and business teams to embed ethical and regulatory standards into AI initiatives.
• Hybrid position (minimum of 3 days a week onsite), based at one of our East Coast Offices, Atlanta, GA, Columbus, GA, Jefferson, IN, Cincinnati OH or Charlotte, NC.
