Full Job Description
The AI Impact and Insights Lead is responsible for helping to deliver on the organization's Artificial Intelligence (AI) strategy and initiatives across Human Pharma, US. By doing so, you will work closely with the Director of AI Transformation, to ensure AI projects are aligned with the company's strategic goals and can be measured on the ability to deliver tangible value to the business. This role supports the development and advancement of the strategy, enables teams to realize value qualitatively and quantitatively from their integration of Al technologies across departments, fostering reinvestment into innovation and efficiency. Champions a holistic approach by aligning Al goals with overarching organizational objectives, ensuring a unified and strategic deployment of Al capabilities to drive impactful outcomes. Drives the day to day of the program by looking across roadmaps, ensuring alignment, and assessing progress and tracking value (working closely with product teams and business). This role is based on-site at our Ridgefield, CT location with hybrid flexibility of 2-3 days per week on-site. Duties & Responsibilities 3 Coaches teams to apply value tracking / measurement methodologies required for Monthly Operating Committee and Quarterly Value Tracking ceremonies (e.g., OKRs from each Product / Platform team, risks / dependencies). 3 Works closely with change management lead to translate key results into organizational change for value realization. 3 Sets enterprise-wide standards and processes for value tracking and measurement. 3 Ensures alignment between Al initiatives and broader organizational objectives, facilitating a unified and purposeful deployment of capabilities. 3 Synthesizes inputs required for CoE operating cadences. 3 Leads implementation of AI strategy and initiatives with a plan of action, ensuring alignment with business goals and measurable value proposition. AI Impact and Insights Implementation: 3 Helps implement Boehringer's AI strategy that aligns with the organization's objectives. This includes identifying opportunities for insight generation and ensuring identified opportunities have clear value outcomes. 3 Translates the strategy into an actionable plan for measurement. Research & Insights: 3 Partners with analytics and insights teams to leverage both quantitative & qualitative research methods to derive valuable insights from AI implementations. 3 Uses Data-driven approaches to inform decision-making. Stakeholder Engagement: 3 Responsible for stakeholder management, driving collaboration across cross-functional teams. 3 Communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 3 Motivates; fosters buy-in, support, and enthusiasm for AI initiatives and the value. Requirements 3 Undergraduate degree required; Master's or higher degree in a relevant field preferred (e.g., Analytics & Insights, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration). 3 Proven experience in cross-functional / matrix leadership. 3 Financial Acumen and ability to calculate ROI and derive value generated through AI-driven solutions. 3 Establishes a consistent, repeatable business planning process for tracking performance of strategy execution progress. 3 Utilize strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills. 3 Ability to challenge status quo as needed, effectively with senior management. 3 Manage complex projects with effective prioritization and time management. 3 Maintain strong attention to detail and urgency. 3 Adapt to a fast-paced environment with resilience. 3 Seven-plus (7+) years of experience in strategy or program / project management in a pharma institution/consulting firm. 3 Extensive experience aligning strategy with overarching business objectives, ensuring a synergistic approach to organizational growth. Eligibility Requirements : 3 Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction. 3 Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required). 3 Must be 18 years of age or older. Compensation Data The base salary range for this position is $170,000 to $269,000. The position may be eligible for a role specific discretionary bonus, relocation, and/or other compensation elements. We continuously review market data and may adjust salary ranges as needed in the future.
