AI GTM Engineer

Kansas City (Onsite)

Full-Time

Five Elms Capital's Value Creation team is adding an AI GTM Operations professional to help portfolio companies translate AI strategy into GTM success. This is a hands-on role focused on revenue acceleration; embedding AI into sales, marketing, and customer success workflows to drive pipeline, conversion, and forecasting improvements.

YOU WILL HAVE A BROAD SET OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Workflow Transformation. Redesign go-to-market workflows using AI. You will identify high-ROI use cases and deploy quickly. Continuously refine processes using data, and tie AI initiatives directly to pipeline growth, win rates, and sales velocity.

Tooling & Tech Stack Optimization. Evaluate and recommend tools and infrastructure. Establish best practices across CRM, enrichment & prospecting, and sales enablement.

Execution & Enablement. Partner with GTM leadership to implement workflows, train teams, and drive adoption. Build playbooks that can scale across the portfolio.
