This role supports execution of the Responsible AI governance program review processes.. The role is execution-focused and emphasizes operational rigor, documentation quality, stakeholder coordination, and audit readiness.

Primary Responsibilities:- Execute AI governance workflows, including intake validation, documentation completeness checks, review coordination, and closure tracking
- Support backlog remediation activities by identifying, scoping, and processing AI solutions requiring governance review
- Perform quality control (QC) on AI submissions and remediation artifacts to ensure accuracy, consistency, and readiness for review
- Coordinate follow-ups with internal business owners, procurement partners, and vendors to drive timely completion of required actions
- Maintain structured tracking of AI governance and remediation status to support reporting, audits, and leadership visibility
- Apply defined prioritization and decision logic to support batching, triage, and routing of AI work
- Prepare draft summaries, metrics, trackers, and status updates related to AI governance activity
- Support maintenance of job aids, templates, FAQs, and operational documentation related to AI governance workflows
- Adapt execution as governance processes, tools, and requirements evolve

Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of experience in program or project management, supporting operation s, governance, compliance, risk, or technology-enabled initiatives
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience working in a healthcare or similarly regulated environment, with an understanding of documentation standards, audit readiness, and compliance expectations
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with technology, compliance, procurement, legal, risk, and business partners
- Comfort interfacing with technical teams and systems to translate requirements into clear operational inputs
Soft Skills:- Proficien cy with Microsoft productivity tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams). Experience using AI-enabled tools for personal productivity in alignment with enterprise standards
- Strong written and verbal communication skil ls

The salary for this role will range from $29.00 to $52.00 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
