Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a biological program required.
• Minimum two years in the clinical research industry or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of project management experience required.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products necessary for documentation and reporting.
• Ability to travel up to 10% for on-site project needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Act as the central liaison for clients and stakeholders throughout project lifecycle.
• Provide training to nurses and sites on study protocols via remote presentations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively and address issues in real-time.
• Oversee and evaluate nurse performance for mobile research visits, managing payment approvals.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, SOPs, and Job Aids.
• Perform additional duties as required to support project goals.
