Summary

In this role, you will lead the strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of digital workplace infrastructure products that shape the employee experience. You will ensure end-user technologies-including devices, connectivity, and collaboration tools-are seamless, secure, and effective. You will use Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) and data insights to identify issues, drive improvements, and enhance the overall employee experience while partnering across Infrastructure, Operations, and business teams.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for digital workplace infrastructure services, aligning initiatives with enterprise objectives and employee experience goals.
  • Leverage Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) data, analytics, and user feedback to identify opportunities, prioritize enhancements, and improve product performance.
  • Partner with Infrastructure Engineering, Digital Workplace, and Operations teams to deliver secure, reliable, and high-performing end-user technologies.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing strategic enhancements, operational improvements, maintenance, and innovation.
  • Translate business needs, telemetry, and operational insights into actionable product requirements, features, and service improvements.
  • Collaborate with Service Management and support teams to identify root causes, resolve recurring issues, and improve overall employee experience.
  • Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), adoption metrics, and service outcomes to measure product success.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring priorities, expectations, and product direction remain aligned.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve automation, self-service capabilities, operational efficiency, and cost optimization across the digital workplace.
  • Drive continuous product improvement through data-driven decision making, stakeholder engagement, and agile product management practices.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
  • Five (5) or more years of Product Owner or Product Manager experience required.
  • Experience managing internal technology products or enterprise platforms within digital workplace or IT service environments (e.g., Microsoft 365, endpoint management, ServiceNow, or Ivanti) required.
  • Experience utilizing Digital Employee Experience (DEX) or Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) tools, telemetry, and user feedback to guide product decisions required.
  • Demonstrated success developing product roadmaps, prioritizing backlogs, and balancing competing business and technical priorities required.
  • Proven ability to measure and improve product outcomes through adoption metrics, service performance, ticket reduction, and user experience improvements required.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive partners required.
  • Experience working within Agile methodologies and managing products throughout the product lifecycle required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical insights into business value required.
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT preferred. Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $155,500.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
