Job Description Summary:

The AI Enablement Partner is a high-visibility, senior-level specialist responsible for driving AI literacy across the enterprise, tool adoption, and cross-functional enablement. This role brings technical AI expertise into Learning & Leadership Development team to effectively enable all Modernizers, bridging the gap between AI capability and everyday utility and embedding ModMed's AI Fluency rubric into AI-related content. The AI Enablement Partner will be responsible for scaling existing programs (AI Hub, AI Spotlights, and AI Tool Workshops) into an enablement engine driving efficiency and reimagining work across ModMed.

Enterprise AI Enablement:

The ICE Framework (Information, Communication, Education)
  • Information Curation & Change Management: Own the AI Enablement Hub ("AI Hub") as our centralized repository and source of truth for enterprise AI approved enterprise tools, policies and compliance. Validate, refine, and update our shared AI libraries, tool capabilities, and use cases, focusing heavily on the footprint of Google AI Tools. Proactively stay up-to-date on changes in the AI tools available to all Modernizers.
  • Communication & Just-in-Time Training: Take ownership of scaling ModMed's AI Spotlight sessions and AI Tool Workshops. Partner with stakeholders across the business to develop and deliver just-in-time AI training by request. Act as a core technical point of contact for AI enablement queries, sharing "Learning Out Loud" success stories to cross-pollinate efficiency gains across business units.
  • Education & Rubric Integration: Embed the AI Fluency rubric into all AI-related training content across the enterprise. Partner directly with the Senior Director of Learning & Leadership Development to design and deliver technical components of AI-Powered Leadership content. Collaborate with facilitators and functional trainers to offer high-impact workshops that translate technical capabilities into practical business outcomes.


Internal Tools & Application Deployment:
  • Enterprise Tool Testing & Refinement: Act as a primary point of contact for Learning to test new approved enterprise AI tools, ensuring potential questions are answered before broader workforce deployments.
  • AI Governance and "Human in the Loop": Serve as the architect and custodian for ModMed's shared AI Libraries. Responsible for testing and validating that enterprise-wide Gems, Notebooks, and Workspace Studio Flows function as expected before adding and promoting them on the AI Hub.
  • Future Readiness and Role-Based Projects: Stay ahead of the technology curve in anticipation of broader future roll-outs, while "learning out loud" to visibly model AI adoption. Utilize experimentation with advanced AI coding and automation tools (i.e., Claude Code) to elevate Learning & Development projects.
  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as the primary liaison for the Learning team with Compliance, Legal, and IT regarding newly approved AI tools. Coordinate and deliver any change management-related training required to support both existing and incoming AI features and tools.


Required Proficiencies & Background:
  • Advanced AI Tool Knowledge: Deep operational expertise within the Google AI Ecosystem (Gemini, Workspace Studio) alongside developer-level familiarity with agentic frameworks and LLM capabilities.
  • L&D Program Management / Change Management: Proven track record in program management and change management initiatives, ability to guide employees through technology or process adoptions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Governance: Ability to act as a business partner and bridge between technical teams (IT, Compliance, Legal) and people leaders/employees on the frontlines to successfully manage change control, user training, and risk mitigation for enterprise AI tool utilization.

  • AI & Technical Proficiency: Deep operational experience and expertise within the Google AI Ecosystem (Gemini, Workspace Studio) and a high level of comfort experimenting with advanced AI tools for automation.
  • Program & Project Management: Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a proven ability to act as a collaborative partner between Learning and technical/governance teams.
  • Change Management: Certification (e.g., Prosci) or project management (PMP, Agile) is highly desirable.
  • Industry Background: Preferred background in technology, health-tech, or highly regulated industries
