Job Title: AI Developer (Hybrid)

Location: US-GA-Atlanta (Sandy Springs)

FLSA: Exempt

Job Overview:

Manage company-wide AI training initiative that blends platform governance with employee enablement. Build production-grade agentic AI solutions (including "agents that generate agents"), serve as the SME for Microsoft 365 Copilot and Claude enablement, and coach teams to adopt AI safely and measurably.

Responsibilities
  • Lead enterprise AI enablement: drive adoption, training, and culture change with measurable outcomes.
  • Coach users and scale through champions: enable "player-coaches," run office hours/demos, and help teams identify high-value use cases while modeling responsible AI.
  • Microsoft 365 Copilot and Claude SME: expand and optimize Copilot usage across roles; guide best practices and approved extension/integration patterns.
  • Build agentic AI solutions: ship tool-using agents and workflows that improve real business processes.
  • Build an "agent factory": reusable scaffolding/templates to generate and standardize agents/workflows from structured requirements.
  • Governance by default: implement evaluation/telemetry, monitoring, and guardrails (data privacy, auditability).

Qualifications
  • 3+ years software engineering experience and/or relevant college coursework.
