AI Enablement Coordinator

In Canada -Toronto

We are looking for anAI Enablement Coordinatorto support the global adoption of new AI solutions, tools, and technology-enabled processes across the consulting business at Simon-Kucher.

Reporting to the Global Director, Change and AI Enablement, this role sits within the Global Transformation Office and ensures that our consulting teams understand and benefit from our technology initiatives, such as advanced ChatGPT functionalities, AI agents, Knowledge Managementsystems, and related new ways of working.

This rolewillsupport firm-wide change and communications activities, help drive AI skill building, operationallyassisttheglobal network of change champions, help measure adoption, impact, and value creation, and prepare reporting materials. The ideal candidate combinesstrong communicationandorganizationalskillswithstrong digital fluency, user-centric thinking,an appetite forlearning,and akeeninterest in AI and technology.

This position will be located in Simon-Kucher's Toronto office with a minimum expectation of two days in office each week.

How you will create an impact:
  • Communications
    • Incollaborationwith communications manager and graphics team, support internal adoption campaigns for new AI tools, features, and technology-enabled processes across the consulting business.Co-createand coordinateclear, practical communication materials such as announcements, updates, FAQs, presentation materials, infographics,promotional videosandbuildsimple SharePoint microsites.
    • Help translate AI initiatives into relevant messages for consulting audiences, with a clear focus on practical value, and day-to-day application.Tailor messaging to different internal audiences.
    • Ensure communication materials are well-structured, audience-appropriate, and aligned across channels.
  • AI Features Testing
    • Test new AI tools and features from the perspective of a consultant and capture practical user feedback to support pilot coordination for new tools andfunctionalities,testproductivity-enhancing use cases.
    • Identifyusability issues, unclear user journeys, and adoption barriers early, and help channel feedback to the right teams.
    • Improve launch readiness by ensuring user-facing materials reflect real day-to-day consulting needs.
  • AI Training Support
    • Maintain prompt libraries and other practical enablement materials to support AI adoption for the consulting business.
    • Coordinate demos and trainingsessions andsupport preparation of materials and follow-up actions.
    • Collect use cases, learning needs, and user questions to help improve training content by working closely with Learning and Skills Development tokeep AI related training materials up to date.
  • Monitoring Metrics
    • Supporttracking ofadoption and engagement metrics for AI tools and features across the consulting business, work with usage data, survey results, training participation data, and selected business impact signals such as time saved and quality improvement.
    • Helpidentifypatterns, gaps, and priority areas for further communication orenablementsupport.
    • Contribute to structured monitoring of tool adoption and user engagement.
  • Reporting
    • Collect feedback from users and stakeholders to support adoption reporting.
    • Provide logistical and analytical support for reporting to sector and office leaders.
    • Help prepare tables, infographics, and presentation materials for reporting updates, ensure reporting inputs areaccurate, clearly structured, and easy to use for leadership discussions.
  • ChampionsNetwork
    • Support theoperationsof the changechampions'network.
    • Coordinate distribution of ready-to-use materials, answer questions, and redirect technical or more complex issues to the right teams.
    • Facilitate drop-ins and helpmaintaineffective communication with the network.


About You:
  • Professional andEducationalBackground:
    • Required:3+ yearsof experience in internal communications, change, training coordination, project coordination, PMO, orprogramsupport.
    • Bachelor's degreeis required, preferably in communications, business, psychology, HR, marketing, orrelatedfield.
    • Preferred:Experience in consulting, professional services, or another fast-paced multi-cultural business environment.Experience supporting AI, digital, Knowledge Management, or technology-enabled change initiatives.
  • Communications andOrganizationalSkills:
    • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
    • Highly organized, pragmatic, and execution-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
    • Strong numeric thinking and confidence working withadoptiondata, survey results, and usage metrics.
  • TechnicalSkills:
    • FluencyusingChatGPT or otherAI-supported writing and analysis tools, with the ability to apply them responsibly to draft, review, and align internal communications, and to help enable others through structured prompts or simple AI-based assistance (e.g., custom GPTs) that reinforce consistent messaging and strategic coherence.
    • Experiencewith a variety of AI tools (Claude,Synthesia, Copilot,Hubspot,Whispr).
    • Strong digital collaboration skills and strong PowerPoint and Excel skillsare required.
    • Experience usingintranet platforms,MSTeams and SharePoint,includingbuildingand updatingsimpleSPmicrosites.
    • UX and survey tools is a plus


The pay range for this position is 80,000 - 90,000 CAD/year. Compensation may vary depending on relevant experience, skills, geographic location, and business needs.
