The Role

We are looking for an AI Creative Strategist to spearhead the adoption of our new Agentic Marketing Platform Ads. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of cutting-edge generative AI, enterprise client strategy, and creative direction.

Your primary mission is to help our enterprise clients unlock the full potential of agentic AI by generating visually stunning, high-converting creatives. You will serve as the trusted creative consultant, guiding brands on how to translate their unique identities into AI-generated assets with impeccable taste and strategic precision. If you are deeply immersed in the AI ecosystem, have an exceptional eye for design, and understand performance marketing, we want you on our team.

What You'll Do
  • Drive Product Adoption: Partner directly with enterprise marketing teams to onboard them onto the Agentic Marketing Platform Ads, ensuring they see immediate value through high-quality creative output.
  • Master AI Workflows: Utilize advanced prompt engineering across leading generative AI models to create polished, on-brand, and performant ad creatives (imagery, video, and copy) tailored to complex client guidelines.
  • Consult & Strategize: Act as a creative consultant for top-tier brands. You will help clients understand how to merge traditional brand guidelines with agentic AI workflows, ensuring the output maintains a high bar for "taste" and aesthetic quality.
  • Performance Optimization: Collaborate with clients to set up A/B tests, analyze creative performance data, and continuously refine prompts and strategies to drive higher ROI and conversion rates.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product and engineering teams, providing ground-level feedback from enterprise clients to shape the future roadmap of our AI Decisioning and creative generation tools.

  • Advanced Tool Mastery: Extensive, hands-on experience using AI to create exceptional design. You are highly proficient with cutting-edge tools like Nano Banana 2, Veo, Midjourney, and Stable Diffusion, and you know how to push these models to their limits to achieve specific artistic styles, lighting, and brand consistency.
  • Exceptional Taste & Portfolio: A strong background in art direction, design, or creative strategy, accompanied by a portfolio that demonstrates a high bar for visual aesthetics-specifically showcasing AI-generated assets.
  • Enterprise Client Experience: Proven experience in a client-facing role (e.g., Creative Strategist, Solutions Architect, or Agency Art Director) working directly with enterprise-level marketing or growth teams.
  • Performance Marketing DNA: Strong understanding of the modern ad ecosystem (Meta, Google, TikTok) and what makes an ad perform. You know how to balance brand aesthetics with direct-response principles.
  • Technical Aptitude: A strong baseline understanding of the MarTech ecosystem, CDPs, and how data feeds into automated marketing strategies.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $140,000-$180,000 USD per year, which is location independent in accordance with our remote-first policy. We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, and offer early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
