LinkedIn is redefining work in the era of AI. The GTME Center of Excellence is building a dedicated function of GTME builders who move enablement beyond content into interactive applications, agentic workflows, and AI-powered experiences embedded in the flow of work.
The Senior GTME Builder is a senior builder responsible for translating complex business challenges into scalable AI-powered workflows, applications, agents, and systems. This role combines product ownership, workflow orchestration, systems integration, AI-native development, and technical leadership.

Responsibilities:
• Own complex business problems from discovery through scaled adoption.
• Lead user and stakeholder discovery to define jobs-to-be-done and outcomes.
• Design and ship AI-powered workflows, agents, copilots, and applications.
• Drive product decisions, prioritization, and feature trade-offs.
• Design integration strategies spanning enterprise and third-party systems.
• Define architecture patterns that improve scalability and reuse.
• Analyze adoption and business impact to guide roadmap decisions.
• Influence stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations.
• Establish standards for lifecycle management, documentation, and governance.
• Mentor builders and raise team-wide product and technical craft.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• BA/BS in Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
• 1+ year experience independently owning products, workflows, platforms, or internal applications from discovery through launch.
• 1+ year experience designing integrations across enterprise or third-party systems.
• Experience shipping AI-powered products or workflow solutions with measurable business impact.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Portfolio demonstrating ownership of complex products and outcomes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience driving initiatives without direct authority.
• Strong product judgment and prioritization skills.
• Experience building AI agents, copilots, autonomous workflows, or GenAI-powered products at enterprise scale.
• Working knowledge of software architecture and modern development practices.
• Proven ability to define reusable patterns, frameworks, and standards.
• Experience operating within a matrixed global enterprise.
• Experience mentoring builders and elevating organizational capability.
• Experience integrating tools such as Gong, Cornerstone, CRM, or knowledge systems.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $141,000.00 to $231,000.00. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
