Responsibilities
• Develop interviews and workshop questions for State's business and IT teams.
• Conduct interviews and workshops with key stakeholders.
• Review current business processes, systems, applications, spreadsheets, shared drives, and data practices.
• Identify opportunities for process automation, technology modernization, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and process systemization.
• Identify the data needed to support AI and automation solutions.
• Research AI use cases from government agencies, Housing Finance Agencies, and other regulated organizations.
• Identify and prioritize 5 to 8 AI or automation use cases specific to State.
• Recommend appropriate Gen-AI tools and platforms for State.
• Develop an enterprise AI strategy and roadmap.
• Present findings and recommendations to State's stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience providing enterprise AI strategy, AI readiness assessment, AI governance, responsible AI, or AI risk assessment services.
• Experience conducting enterprise AI assessments and developing AI strategies and implementation of roadmaps.
• Demonstrated experience implementing Generative AI capabilities, AI agents, and/or automation.
• Successfully completed at least 3 comparable AI engagements, including at least 1 engagement for a public sector or highly regulated organization.
• Experience working with business and IT stakeholders to assess processes, systems, data, and technology.
• Experience identifying and evaluating AI, automation, and modernization of use cases.
• Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, data, security, privacy, and risk considerations.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to provide verifiable documentation, such as project records, case studies, engagement summaries, or work samples, demonstrating the required experience.
