YOUR CONTRIBUTION MAKES A POSITIVE IMPACT As part of the AI team, you will help define and evolve GIRO's artificial intelligence architecture to support the development of secure, high-performing and scalable agentic solutions. You will guide technology choices and support teams in bringing AI solutions into production.
Your main responsibilities :
- Define and evolve the target architecture, guiding principles and integration standards for AI and agentic solutions.
- Design and maintain a shared infrastructure that ensures the security, resilience, observability and cost control of AI solutions.
- Guide the evolution of AI platforms and their integration into GIRO's technology ecosystem.
- Define frameworks, reusable components and development standards for agents, multi-agent systems and agentic workflows.
- Design orchestration, oversight and collaboration mechanisms for agents.
- Guide the management of context, memory, RAG and enterprise knowledge while protecting sensitive data.
- Define engineering and delivery practices that enable the controlled deployment of AI solutions.
- Implement the governance, security, observability, AIOps and AI FinOps mechanisms required to operate the platforms.
- Support teams in evaluating, productionizing and continuously improving AI solutions.
- Monitor technology trends and collaborate with architecture, data, security and development teams.
THE SKILLS THAT WILL MAKE YOU A KEY MEMBER OF OUR TEAM- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, computer engineering or a related field.
- More than 8 years of experience in solution, system or technology platform architecture.
- Expertise in designing and implementing artificial intelligence solutions.
- Proficiency with generative AI models, agentic systems and distributed architectures.
- In-depth knowledge of multi-agent systems, orchestration mechanisms and agentic workflows.
- Proficiency with concepts related to RAG, vector databases, and context and memory management.
- Expertise with Microsoft Foundry.
- Strong knowledge of software development practices, version control, automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
- Good understanding of observability and AI platform operations principles (AIOps).
- Knowledge of security practices for artificial intelligence, data protection and AISecOps.
- Understanding of governance and cost optimization principles for artificial intelligence solutions (AI FinOps).
- Ability to define standards, document architectures and support multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication, influencing and technical communication skills.
- Strong interest in technology monitoring and the evolution of artificial intelligence technologies.
