We're looking for an AI and Data Solutions Specialist who can transform data into insights, automate work that slows people down, and identify practical ways technology can improve how we serve customers and operate our business.

This is not just a reporting role.

You'll work directly with company leaders to build meaningful dashboards, analyze business performance, improve processes, and explore how AI, automation, and emerging technologies can create measurable value. What You'll Do
Drive Better Decisions Through Data
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
  • Partner with leaders across the organization to identify meaningful business metrics.
  • Perform analysis that helps improve profitability, operational performance, customer experience, and decision-making.
  • Translate complex information into simple, actionable recommendations.
Improve Processes Through Technology
  • Learn how work gets done throughout the organization.
  • Identify manual tasks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies that can be improved through automation and technology.
  • Evaluate and implement practical AI, workflow automation, and business process solutions.
  • Build and test prototypes before working with business leaders, IT, and vendors to implement successful solutions.
Deliver Sustainable Solutions
  • Ensure reporting and automation solutions are reliable, documented, secure, and maintainable.
  • Maintain data quality standards and consistent business definitions.
  • Support user training, adoption, and ongoing improvement efforts.
  • Help create a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Power Query, DAX, and data modeling.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, APIs, workflow automation, or systems integration.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, HubSpot, ERP systems, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Python, or cloud data platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and business automation technologies.
  • Experience supporting operations in equipment, construction, service, rental, manufacturing, distribution, or other multi-location businesses.
