JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the adoption of agile methodologies across multiple teams, and guide the evolution toward AI-enabled, agentic ways of working (e.g., AI-assisted discovery, delivery, testing, and documentation) while reinforcing consistent agile best practices.
- Coach teams on leveraging Agile and tooling (e.g., Jira) to drive predictable delivery, and on incorporating AI copilots/assistants to improve backlog clarity, story readiness, acceptance criteria quality, and delivery flow—while maintaining human accountability.
- Create a collaborative team environment that enables open dialogue and productive conflict resolution, including navigating change introduced by AI-driven workflow shifts and ensuring psychological safety during adoption.
- Enable agile project delivery by facilitating quarterly planning and prioritization, incorporating data/AI-informed capacity and dependency insights to support effective resource management and outcome-based planning.
Analyze and identify key barriers across the product development lifecycle, including impediments to scaling AI-enabled delivery (e.g., inconsistent practices, quality risks, governance gaps), and apply critical thinking to drive sustainable improvements.
- Manage agile ceremonies (daily scrums, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives), and introduce AI-augmented practices (e.g., faster synthesis of action items, experiment tracking, decision logs, and continuous improvement metrics).

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 4+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in a relevant domain, with a focus on guiding teams to adopt agile methodologies and practices, including enabling modern AI-augmented delivery patterns.
- Comprehensive understanding of multiple product development lifecycle stages, methodologies, and best practices, with the ability to adapt operating models for AI-enabled product delivery.
- Proficiency in facilitating group discussions, decision-making processes, and collaborative activities to achieve product goals, including effective facilitation in cross-functional, AI-influenced workflows.
- Proficiency in agile delivery and agile approaches, with a developing ability to coach teams toward continuous improvement and high performance, using data-driven metrics and experimentation to validate new ways of working.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Kanban and modernization experience (plus), including experience improving flow efficiency and reducing cycle time in evolving delivery environments.
- Jira Align experience preferred.
- Experience enabling or coaching teams on AI-assisted / agentic delivery practices (e.g., AI-supported refinement, test strategy acceleration, automated routine work, improved knowledge management) while maintaining strong quality, risk, and governance standards.
