Requisition ID: 96962

The Agile Leader oversees the planning and execution of FPL Solutions' transition to AI-enabled technology delivery and a Product-Based Operating Model. This role translates strategy into coordinated execution across AI-SDLC, Product, Engineering, Architecture, AI, Change Management, and workforce enablement initiatives. The ideal candidate combines transformation leadership with modern technology-delivery experience and can drive adoption, manage cross-functional dependencies, remove barriers, and establish measurable improvements while FPL Solutions continues to meet critical business commitments.

Key Responsibilities:• Transformation Execution: Develop and drive the integrated transformation roadmap, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and outcomes.
• AI-SDLC Implementation: Lead adoption of the AI-enabled Software Development Lifecycle across FPL Solutions and continuously improve how technology is planned, built, tested, released, and operated.
• Workstream Integration: Coordinate Product, Engineering, Architecture, AI, DevSecOps, Cybersecurity, Change Management, training, and other transformation activities.
• AI-Enabled Delivery: Accelerate practical use of AI, automation, and agents throughout the technology-delivery lifecycle.
• Adoption & Readiness: Partner with leaders and teams to drive communications, training, capability development, behavioral change, and sustained adoption.
• Execution Leadership: Identify and resolve cross-functional risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and barriers to transformation.
• Performance & Analytics: Establish KPIs and dashboards measuring adoption, productivity, quality, delivery performance, and transformation outcomes.
• Continuous Improvement: Capture lessons learned, establish reusable practices and playbooks, and continuously improve the delivery model.

Ideal Experience:
• Progressive technology-delivery or transformation experience.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional technology transformations.
• Strong knowledge of modern SDLC, Agile, Product, DevSecOps, software engineering, testing, release, and operational practices.
• Practical understanding of generative AI, AI agents, automation, and AI-enabled software delivery.
• Experience implementing or significantly changing technology-delivery practices across multiple teams.
• Strong program integration, dependency management, risk management, governance, and executive decision-support capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to drive organizational adoption and behavioral change, not simply manage implementation.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to influence and lead across functions without direct organizational authority.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Experience implementing an AI-SDLC, AI-enabled engineering transformation, DevSecOps transformation, or Product-Based Operating Model.
• Experience with cloud, AI, engineering, DevOps, and enterprise platforms.
• Utility, energy, critical-infrastructure, or regulated-industry experience.
• Experience with transformation analytics, workforce enablement, change management, and benefits realization.
• PMP, Prosci, SAFe/Agile, Product Management, Lean Six Sigma, cloud, DevOps, or relevant AI certifications.
