ABOUT THE TEAM

Acting as a strategic partner to leaders and delivery teams, the role actively contributes to defining and implementing the enterprise agile vision and TDO operating model. The Agile Coach ensures alignment with the broader enterprise strategy while strengthening team effectiveness, value delivery, and continuous improvement across value streams and platforms.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE

As an Agile Coach, Technology Practices, you'll:

  • Contribute to enterprise agile strategy and operating model
  • Significantly contribute to the definition and evolution of PSP's strategic vision for agility and the TDO operating model, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities, digital ambition, and business outcomes
  • Act as an ambassador for Agile values and practices
  • Serve as an organizational role model and thought leader for Agile values, principles, and practices, actively promoting adoption through coaching, facilitation, and engagement with leaders and stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Enable enterprise-wide agile consistency and scalability
  • Partner strategically with senior leaders and fellow Agile Coaches to embed, scale, and sustain Agile culture and practices across the organization, driving alignment, coherence, and continuous improvement at an enterprise level
  • Coach value streams and platforms for value delivery
  • Coach and support TDO Value Streams and Platforms with a strong focus on maximizing value delivery through iterative, outcome driven execution, effective flow, and continuous improvement of ways of working
  • Drive data informed performance and improvement
  • Define, implement, and oversee relevant KPIs and metrics to assess team performance, delivery outcomes, flow efficiency, and value realization, enabling transparency, evidence-based decision making, and ongoing improvement
  • Support leadership and team maturity
  • Provide guidance to leaders, product owners, and teams to strengthen agile leadership behaviors, foster accountability, and progressively increase agile maturity across the TDO ecosystem


WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • A minimum of ten (10) years' experience as Coach or Scrum Master and in implementation of the Agile Method
  • Proven experience as an Agile Coach in complex, large scale organizations, ideally within financial services, asset management, or pension environments
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Lean, and product centric delivery models (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or equivalent enterprise frameworks)
  • Strong ability to influence, coach, and partner with senior leaders and cross functional stakeholders
  • Experience working with value streams, platforms, and digital transformation initiatives
  • Strong analytical and facilitation skills, with experience using metrics and KPIs to drive improvement
  • Bilingualism: English and French (frequent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our offices in Hong Kong, London and New York, and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa)
