- Develop and lead/co-lead highly complex projects, creating mid-term plans that impact results and foster innovation

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)- Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience
- High business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
- Proficiency in managing complex projects and processes
- Strong financial and analytical skills for effective problem-solving
- Broad understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare environment
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
- Excellent communication and influencing skills

- Experience in provider-facing key account management

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $176,600.00 to $294,300.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
