Your role
As a Aftermarket Sourcing Team Leader, your mission is to lead sourcing execution and supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction for aftermarket demand. You will act as the key link between procurement, sales, and customers-driving results in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. You will report to the Sourcing Manager.
You will
- Lead and develop a team of Aftermarket Buyers while establishing structure, accountability, and high performance
- Own sourcing and fulfillment execution, ensuring supplier commitments translate into on-time delivery and material availability
- Drive supplier performance through competitive bidding, escalation, and proactive risk management for delivery and lead times
- Act as a customer-facing procurement leader, partnering closely with Sales, Project Management, and internal stakeholders to meet urgent customer needs
- Collaborate with OEM (Prime) sourcing teams to align supply base priorities and improve overall procurement performance

You have 7-10 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams while operating in a hands-on, execution-focused role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders internally and externally
- Experience in aftermarket, customer-facing, or sales-adjacent roles, with a strong sense of urgency and responsiveness
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP), data tools (Excel, Power BI/Tableau), and supplier management processes

Job location
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our manufacturing site in Voorheesville, United States (US).
