About This RoleCarrier is seeking an Aftermarket Accessories Planner to join our North America Residential Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely availability of materials to support manufacturing operations while maintaining optimal inventory levels and driving supply chain performance. You will collaborate closely with suppliers, sourcing, and cross-functional teams to resolve material shortages, improve planning processes, and help ensure uninterrupted production. As an Aftermarket Accessories Planner, you'll be responsible for:- Develop and execute material planning strategies to ensure the timely availability of materials supporting manufacturing operations.
- Manage purchase order activities and collaborate with suppliers to maintain material availability, delivery performance, and supply continuity.
- Monitor inventory levels, analyze material requirements, and implement actions to optimize inventory accuracy while minimizing shortages and excess stock.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues, support operational continuity, and drive continuous process improvements.
- Analyze planning and inventory data, prepare performance reports, and contribute to achieving key supply chain metrics related to inventory, material availability, and on-time delivery.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience in material planning, inventory planning, purchasing, or supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering
- APICS (ASCM) certification or other Supply Chain certifications.
- Experience supporting aftermarket operations or service parts planning.
- Experience driving inventory optimization, process improvements, and supply chain performance initiatives.
- Experience working with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal) with experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and suppliers.
Pay RangeThe annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
Other CompensationThis position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
