About the Role

Hammer Media is looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to own the strategy, execution, and performance of our affiliate and influencer programs. This is a high-impact, revenue driving role with direct accountability for CAC and overall growth. You'll build and scale high-performing partner relationships, identify new growth opportunities, and manage day to day operations including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage and grow affiliate partnerships to drive acquisition, engagement, and profitable performance
  • Source, pitch, and onboard new partners through targeted outreach and relationship building
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, and performance tracking to ensure campaigns hit ROI
  • Support negotiations and ongoing relationships with deal, loyalty, marketplace, comparison, and content publishers
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and continuously optimize strategy
  • Leverage affiliate partnerships to support SEO and AEO initiatives through high-quality content placement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align affiliate initiatives with company marketing and product goals

Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of affiliate and/or influencer marketing experience with with a proven track record of driving measurable results
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills across teams and partners
  • Data-driven and comfortable owning performance metrics, budgets, and forecasts
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment where priorities shift and speed matters without sacrificing quality
