Job Title: Aesthetic Regional Sales Manager - Upper Midwest

Location: Chicago, IL. and Milwaukee, WI.

Job Summary

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for managing, leading, developing, and executing commercial B2B strategies to drive revenue growth for Galderma's full Aesthetic brand portfolio within their assigned Region. This position has direct management and leadership responsibility for a team of Aesthetic Business Managers (ABM). This role requires a high-level of communication, leadership, and business acumen to provide strategic planning and direction to direct reports in order to meet or exceed sales objectives as well as long-term company goals and objectives. The RSM role also partners cross-functionally with to deliver exceptional customer experiences to meet or exceed Regional performance goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and strategic direction to a team of ABMs including managing B2B sales activities, meeting sales goals, objectives, and budget for the Region.
  • Coach, mentor and develop ABMs on B2B buy and bill, direct selling techniques and market strategies to increase and expand product demand.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive Regional sales plans and forecasts to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Analyze Regional market trends, competitive insights, and customer data to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to execute National and Regional strategies.
  • Conduct regular field rides, coaching sessions, and performance reviews to foster a team culture of accountability, continuous learning, and customer-focused selling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, medical spas, and key aesthetic accounts.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and mentor high-performing ABMs.
  • Maintain CRM documentation, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline management to support Regional planning and performance tracking.
  • Actively participate in and attend company sales meetings, national, regional aesthetic conventions and trade shows, regional calls, and field rides.
  • Uphold the highest standards of integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all business interactions in the role and team.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university required.
  • Minimum 8+ years of related commercial experience required in sales, product/brand management, sales training management, national account management and/or similar experience; prior injectable Aesthetics sales experience highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated and sustained high performance throughout career; prior people management experience highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to interact effectively with both internal and external customers, building strong professional relationships while establishing credibility and rapport.
  • Ability to implement and execute key marketing strategies and effective business plans
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Effectively manage field assets and resources to include, but not limited to, expense management, computer and other allocated equipment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Ability to thrive in a highly driven culture that is performance based, fast paced, and results oriented.
  • Must maintain a high degree of integrity and be highly ethical at all times.
  • Drivers license required.
  • Travel estimated at 40-50%.

About the Compensation:

The base salary range for this role is determined based on several factors. These include but are not limited to job accountabilities; skill sets; experience and training; certifications; work location; competitive market rates and other business needs. At Galderma, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on a unique combination of factors for each role. A reasonable estimate of the hiring range for this role is $135,000 USD to $175,000 USD.

In addition to base salary, we provide an opportunity to participate in a competitive commission plan. We offer a competitive and comprehensive benefits program including health insurance, 401(k) plan with employer match, a generous paid time off policy, hybrid work schedules and more.

The pay range displayed above is the range of base pay is the range of base pay compensation within Galderma expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting.
