Capgemini is hiring a Data Migration Architect - the expert design authority for data migration on a large, complex Siemens Teamcenter PLM modernization - for a major Aerospace OEM. You will design the architecture of the migration systems, data flows, and quality checks, and you will drive the sizing and performance of the overall migration process. This is a deeply technical, expert-level role for someone who has architected enterprise-scale data migrations from legacy PDMs into Teamcenter - turning messy legacy data into a clean, validated, performant migration into the target platform.

This is a hybrid opportunity located in the Seattle, WA metropolitan area.
Your Role
- Design the end-to-end migration architecture - source extraction from legacy PDM / process planning,
transformation / mapping, and load into Teamcenter. - Design the data flows and pipelines (ETL / migration tooling), the staging model, and the legacy ↔ Teamcenter datamodel transformation.
- Define the approach for incremental, dry-run and cutover migration by configuration applicability.
- Design the data-quality framework - profiling, cleansing rules, validation and reconciliation, with quality gates and
controls across the migration. - Build auditability and traceability into the migration fit for a regulated A&D environment.
- Drive the sizing and performance of the overall migration process - volumes, throughput, migration windows and
lead-time. - Tune the pipeline for scale; design for AI-accelerated migration and AI-assisted data quality.
Your Skills & Experience
- US Citizenship or US Permanent Residency status required.
- 15+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Migration Architecture, or Enterprise Data Transformation with a proven track record delivering large-scale migration programs.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Siemens Teamcenter data models, PLM architectures, and migration of data from legacy PDM systems.
- Strong experience with data quality management, profiling, cleansing, reconciliation, validation frameworks, and migration governance controls.
- Demonstrated success leading migration architecture across global onshore-offshore delivery teams and complex enterprise environments.
- Experience within Aerospace & Defense, Manufacturing, or other highly regulated industries
- Exposure to AI-enabled migration and data quality solutions is strongly preferred.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:
$138,300 - $233,000. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
