Customer Quality Engineer II

  • Estimated annual base pay: $75,000.00 (minimum) - $97,000.00 (midpoint) - $120,000.00 (maximum)
  • All members included in annual cash bonus opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Quality Assurance Processes: Establishes and maintains quality assurance protocols to ensure compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.

  • Analyze Quality Issues: Identifies, investigates, and resolves customer quality problems by applying technical expertise and systematic problem solving techniques.

  • Collaborate with Cross Functional Teams: Works closely with engineering, production, and customer service departments to address and mitigate quality related challenges.

  • Maintain Quality Documentation: Creates and updates comprehensive quality reports and documentation to track performance metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Provide Team Guidance: Offers informal mentorship and support to new team members, enhancing their understanding of quality engineering practices and fostering team development.
