A Day in the Life
You will own the strategic vision for advocacy and influencer engagement across our professional brands in Canada, driving measurable business impact.
  • Strategy & Vision: Drive the divisional A&I roadmap to increase brand credibility and share of influence.
  • Framework Leadership: Lead and scale our proprietary "Grab & Glow" framework globally.
  • Ecosystem Management: Guide brand A&I leads, manage agency operations, and negotiate contracts.
  • Upskilling: Partner with education teams to design social media training for the stylist community.

We Are Looking For
We are looking for a highly experienced (minimum 5 years of experience) collaborative leader who brings:
  • Strong expertise in Brand, Social Media, Advocacy & Influence and Campaign & Content Management.
  • Data Analytics proficiency to turn SOI/SOE metrics into strategic narratives.
  • Digital Transformation Management skills to evolve transactional partnerships into ecosystem models.
  • Transversal Training capability to upskill distributed communities.
  • Professional bilingualism English and French
