Job DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?The role is responsible for supporting field management (Divisional, Complex and Branch Director) to drive Advisor Recruiting and meet our growth goals. This includes communicating key messages related to our recruitment process, maintaining and converting a pipeline of talent and will play a critical role in the due diligence process.
What will you do?- Assist Divisional Directors & Complex Directors in the process of hiring experienced Financial Advisor teams to achieve and exceed our firm recruiting goals
- Present on Divisional & Complex calls and in-person meetings to effectively communicate key messages from our strategic partners that will help drive recruiting results
- Support the Complex Directors and Branch Directors with Salesforce Pipeline Management, including opportunities to build and convert the pipeline using digital marketing capabilities
- Effectively support the Head of Advisor Recruiting with execution of the firm's recruiting strategy
- Provide assistance to the Wealth Management Consultants and other stakeholders on product and book of business due diligence
- Document and share competitive intelligence on the industry and specific competitor firms to augment the recruiting efforts of our field leadership
- Gather data and provide detailed analysis of the advisor recruiting landscape- including market movement trends and total opportunity by market, along with feedback from field management and recruits related to product, technology and platform enhancements
- Adopt & promote Artificial Intelligence tools to build efficiency and streamline manual processes
What do you need to succeed?Must-have- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years' experience at a wealth management firm, with direct experience working with Financial Advisors
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Proven business development experience
- Strong drive to grow a business, hit key performance targets, anticipate future needs and provide solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with internal partners and financial advisors
Nice-to-have- Demonstrated experience working with different functional groups at a wealth management firm
- Series 7 and 66

The expected salary range for this particular position is $70,000-$130,000 ,depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
You have the potential to earn more through RBC's discretionary variable compensation program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
