ADVISOR - Business Analyst

Milwaukee, WI. / Hybrid

FarWell Project Advisors, LLC is looking for a Business or Process Analyst Advisor to join our team.

Breadth + Depth.

We are ideally looking for "M-Shaped" Advisors.

At this time, we need people who have a depth of knowledge within...

Business Analysis. Having deep experience with understanding business process and potential areas for improvement. You've gathered requirement and communicated them effectively to technical and business teams. Demonstrated experience developing workflows, process plans/mapping, performing gap analysis, and defining current state / future state is required. Experience or certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or PDCA would make you a well-rounded advisor.

We'd like for you to have some SAP or additional ERP experience.

Project Management. Having experience formally and independently managing the scope, budget and schedule of a project is ideal. Additional experience with Stakeholder, Communication and Risk Management Plans is also helpful.

Organizational Change Management. Having deep understanding of the processes, tools and techniques needed to help manage the people side of change. For this role, we need you to have experience managing an Organizational Change Initiative or having played a key role on a team managing an Organizational Change Initiative

Required Education & Experience:

Travel Expectations:

  • Many of our clients do support remote work. However, we are seeing a growing preference for hybrid schedules, with some clients requesting occasional on-site collaboration. Flexibility varies by engagement, and we work closely with our advisors and clients to find arrangements that meet everyone's needs.
