About the Opportunity:Gastro Health is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) to join our private practice team in Lake Worth, Florida. Our APPs play an active part in delivering high-quality GI care by coordinating individualized treatment plans under physician supervision and engaging in clinical responsibilities that help drive high-quality, patient-centered care.

- Work collaboratively with a team of 5 gastroenterologists, 3 APPs, and support staff
- Monday through Friday schedule - 8AM to 4:30PM
- Average of 16 patients per day
- Outpatient consults and follow-ups

Candidate Requirements: - Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of Florida
- National certification as an NP or PA with prescriptive authority
- Bilingual: English and Creole fluency required
- Minimum of 1 year of APP experience required (preferably GI and/or internal medicine)
