Job DescriptionAs an Advanced Data Analyst here at Honeywell, you will be at the forefront of our organization's data-driven decision-making processes. You will lead a team of highly skilled analysts and collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and executive teams to provide critical insights that optimize sales performance and guide strategic decisions. Your responsibilities will include overseeing advanced data analysis, developing predictive models, and offering strategic recommendations to drive business growth.

Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand business requirements and develop data driven analytics and automation solutions
- Create data visualizations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Identify, design, and implement analytics-driven automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and enable scalable business processes
- Partner with business teams to drive adoption and maximize value from analytics and automation solutions
- Experience managing third-party vendors and integrating external data sources
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE- Minimum of 5 years of transferrable experience
- Strong project management skills
- Proven track record of success in sales analytics or related roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Proficiency in data analysis and automation tools and techniques (SQL, Power BI, Power Automate, RPA)
