Primary PurposeThe Advanced Analytics role will work collaboratively with the product managers, data visualization analysts, data scientists and the operational teams to develop predictive analytical solutions to detect demand trends and predict future outcomes. This position is part of a supply chain data team of reporting analysts, data integrity analysts, product managers and will work with key stakeholders to help prepare for AI practitioners developing novel approaches to personalization. Consult with our product managers and business stakeholders to create ML/AI solutions for their largest business challenges. This role will optimize models developed for deployment Research \"future\" state for supply chain and commercial along with how we can bring new innovative solutions into Ahold Delhaize.
Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC, Quincy, MA, and Scarborough, ME. <\"])self.__next_f.push([1,\"strong>Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Duties & Responsibilities- Collaborate with IT to structure supply chain & commercial data in a way that will make it accessible for creating machine learning tools for supply chain & commercial. This will include working with IT to identify and leverage new technology to access data in such a way to facilitate analysis and insight development. This will require expertise in advanced statistical technologies necessary for synthesizing data into actionable business opportunities
- Work closely with product managers and IT engineers to sustainably scale and deploy supply chain products
- Participate in discussions with leadership about innovative approaches to analysis and the implications of different data, while building alignment on the results.
- Research future states of processes or insights we can leverage to help our robust Supply Chain & commercial team
- Presenting new initiatives and tools to the stakeholders for review
Qualifications- 3-6 years relevant experience
- Deep understanding of, and experience applying, the following ML concepts
- Database and SQL knowledge, Python, R, SAS,
- Power Bi
- Knowledge of model management
- Bachelor\'s Degree in computer science, business, economics, engineering, math, statistics, or other quantitatively oriented major; Master\'s Degree in similar quantitative field preferred
Preferred Qualifications- Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Office; Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint; Expertise in Microsoft Azure, PowerBI, Pythron, R, SAS, and SQL
- Significant experience with machine learning, predictive analytics, statistics, and structured problem solving
- Knowledge of approaches to work with big data, including querying databases and manipulating large sets of data to generate robust insights
- Ability to develop a structured approach to complex questions and quickly form a hypothesis against which to run test analyses. Knowledge of Spark, MLlib, PySpark, Scala
- Experience with Microsoft Azure stack, Hadoop, Hive clusters, Apache Spark, Databricks
ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $75,040 - $112,560
IL/MA/MD/NY Salary Range: $86,320 - $129,480
