Lead our Adult Day Services program in Arlington Heights, IL. $72,000-$105,000/year depending on license (LPN or RN), full-time, exempt. Oversee nursing care, staff, and daily operations for a program serving approximately 47 members.
What You'll Do- Provide nursing oversight for the Adult Day Services program, including medication administration and treatment plans
- Evaluate members' medical, social, psychological, and rehabilitative needs and goals
- Obtain and transcribe physician orders, and communicate with families about care and treatment plans
- Lead, schedule, and support the Adult Day Services care team, including approving timecards and PTO and providing performance feedback
- Ensure staffing and documentation meet state and federal regulations
- Monitor the program budget and handle billing to LHSA
- Resolve family and staff concerns as they come up
What You'll NeedRequired:
- Active Illinois LPN or RN license
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college
- 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable working with people from a range of backgrounds
Preferred:
- Experience in geriatrics
- Experience with the Illinois Department on Aging Community Care Program
