Overview We are looking for an experienced
AEM Technical Lead with deep, hands-on expertise across
AEM Sites, AEM Assets/DAM, AEM as a Cloud Service, JavaScript, and modern web technologies. Backend experience with
Java for system integration is preferred.
The role requires strong technical leadership, experience deploying and optimizing AEM solutions at scale, and familiarity with Adobe Edge Delivery Services and AI-powered capabilities.
An
Adobe AEM certification and
7+ years of end-to-end AEM solution delivery experience are required.
Key Responsibilities AEM Architecture, Development & Leadership - Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of AEM-based web solutions.
- Ensure solutions follow best practices for scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
- Develop reusable AEM components, templates, client libraries, and services using HTL/Sightly, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AEM 6.x.
- Integrate AEM with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Java-based services.
Code Deployment & DevOps - Oversee and execute code deployment pipelines for AEM Cloud environments.
- Implement CI/CD processes using Cloud Manager, Git-based workflows, Jenkins, or equivalent tools.
- Manage environment configurations, dispatcher settings, and cloud pipelines.
- Support reliable and automated deployment and release processes.
- Troubleshoot build failures, environment issues, and production defects.
Edge Delivery & Performance Optimization - Utilize Adobe Edge Delivery Services (EDS), CDN optimization, caching strategies, and asset renditions to improve content delivery performance.
- Optimize websites for lean front-end delivery, cache efficiency, and responsive performance.
- Implement image optimization, lazy loading, CDN rules, and other performance improvements.
