Admissions Director will play a key role in managing the admissions process, building strong referral relationships, and helping ensure a smooth transition for residents and their families. We are looking for someone who is organized, personable, and understands the fast-paced admissions environment within a skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities of Admissions Director:- Manage and coordinate the facility's admissions process from referral through admission
- Review referrals and work closely with clinical and administrative teams
- Communicate with hospitals, referral sources, residents, and families throughout the admissions process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners
- Coordinate admissions to help ensure a smooth transition into the facility
- Maintain accurate admission documentation and follow-up
- Work collaboratively with facility leadership to support census and occupancy goals
Qualifications & Experience Requirements for Admissions Director:- Previous Admissions Director experience in a skilled nursing facility is required
- Strong knowledge of the skilled nursing admissions and referral process
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple referrals and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Team-oriented with a positive and professional approach
