Administrator, Data Analytics

Labcorp is seeking an Administrator, Data Analytics to join our team in Burlington, NC or Durham, NC with the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule!

Responsibilities:
  • Autonomous Data Management: Engineer and maintain automated data pipelines from primary and secondary source systems.
  • Agentic AI Deployment: Build and deploy AI agents to autonomously monitor, analyze, and flag operational trends or patterns.
  • Smart Dashboarding: Transform datasets into compelling, automated visuals using Tableau or Power BI and AI-assisted BI tools.
  • Proactive Insight Generation: Utilize LLMs and machine learning to generate natural language summaries of complex operational metrics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Elicit business requirements from teams to develop intelligent, predictive dashboards and KPIs.
  • Data Quality Engineering: Implement automated data cleaning and anomaly detection workflows to catch and correct data anomalies.
  • Process Transformation: Replace manual reporting with end-to-end automated workflows to curate data sources, reduce human effort, and eliminate errors.
  • Adaptive Project Management: Balance multiple requests and anticipate shifting operational needs in a highly dynamic environment.
  • Ad-Hoc Intelligent Analysis: Execute rapid, AI-driven exploratory data analysis for urgent, unstructured operational requests.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science or Supply Chain.
  • 5 or more years' experience in data analytics.
  • 2 or more years' experience with Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and/or additional automated Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) data management tools.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced or Expert certification in Alteryx.
  • Tableau Desktop Certified Professional (TDCP) certification.
  • 2 or more years' experience managing data and AI workflows.
  • 2 or more years' experience in data analytics in healthcare.


Additional Job Standards:
  • Hands-on experience working with Agentic AI frameworks, prompt engineering, or AI-powered analytics tools.
  • Experience with Python, R, or advanced SQL for custom data manipulation and advanced predictive modeling.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to relate professional analytics, AI methodologies, and complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

About the Role

Administrator, Data Analytics role delivers advanced business intelligence and AI-driven insights to leaders within Labcorp Diagnostics Operations. This role leverages Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, and Agentic AI frameworks to automate data management, orchestrate autonomous analysis, and build dynamic visualizations. Ultimately, the role ensures business leaders receive real-time, actionable insights into the health of the Diagnostics operations supply chain.

Applicants will follow a hybrid schedule that includes a minimum of three in-office days per week at the Burlington, NC or Durham, NC location, supporting both collaboration and flexibility.
