We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Manager for our office located in Port Reading, NJ.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative operations across offices and warehouse sites.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate internal administrative support, including office management, travel arrangements, and executive support.
- Manage office and warehouse facility administration, including maintenance, repairs, and service contracts.
- Coordinate with landlords, property managers, and government agencies regarding facility compliance and permits.
- Ensure a safe, organized, and functional work environment.
- Manage procurement of office supplies, warehouse consumables, and operational materials.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and service providers and negotiate contracts when necessary.
- Monitor purchasing processes and ensure cost control.
- Coordinate administrative expenses, vendor payments, and invoice tracking.
- Assist finance teams with documentation and expense management related to administrative operations.
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements such as business licenses, permits, and operational documentation.
- Maintain administrative records and documentation for audits and internal reporting.
- Supervise and support administrative staff.
- Assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and provide training when necessary.
- Work closely with HR, Operations, Finance, and Warehouse Management teams to support business operations.
- Assist with company projects related to office setup, warehouse operations, and organizational initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- 3-5+ years of administrative management or office operations experience.
- Experience managing vendors, facilities, and administrative budgets.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar office management systems.
Pay: $80k-90k/year
