Role Responsibilities:

Support compensation-related processes in Workday and related HR systems, including: Enter, update, and maintain employee and compensation-related data with a high degree of accuracy

Generate standard and ad hoc reports to support compensation planning, analysis, and operational review

Assist with testing, validation, and documentation for configuration changes, system updates, and process enhancements

Perform routine data quality reviews and audits for Executive Compensation and Compensation Operations, including: Identify discrepancies, research root causes, and coordinate with appropriate team members to support timely resolution

Maintain clear documentation of findings, resolutions, process steps, and audit-related support materials

Support annual and off-cycle compensation cycles by:
  • Preparing templates, trackers, checklists, and process materials to support cycle readiness and execution
  • Monitoring progress against established timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Compiling, organizing, and validating data, reports, and materials for leadership reviews and approvals

Provide administrative and operational support to the team, including:

Scheduling and coordinating meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and follow-up documentation

Maintaining team process documentation, standard operating procedures, and job aids

Organizing shared drives, SharePoint sites, and team repositories while supporting version control and document governance

During peak compensation cycles, assume increased ownership of defined workstreams by:

Serving as the primary contact for assigned tasks, reports, or process components

Proactively identifying and escalating risks, issues, dependencies, and timing concerns to the supervisor

Recommending improvements to templates, checklists, trackers, and recurring process tools

Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by:
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline recurring tasks, improve accuracy, and reduce manual effort
  • Documenting and sharing best practices, including creating or updating job aids and reference materials as needed
  • Supporting small projects, pilots, or initiatives related to process, reporting, or tool enhancements


Requirements:

1-3 years experience working in compensation planning

Strong systems knowledge & background - Workday knowledge strongly preferred

Learning agility

Comprehensive working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.

Ability to take initiative for work and project planning

Work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proven history of simultaneously managing multiple projects that are in various stages of completion

Capable to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources

Skilled at organizing people and activities

Results oriented, with attention to detail

Customer focused with ability to work well with all levels both inside the company and externally

Flexibility to adjust to shifting and conflicting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and disciplined problem-solving capabilities

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Experience with Microsoft SharePoint is desirable

Compensation:

The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws.

The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position, as well as geography of the selected candidate.
  • The salary range for this role is $80,700 - $109,400. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
  • Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
