Qualifications
• Previous legal office experience is advantageous but not required.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, time management, and computer skills.
• Ability to work independently, switch gears quickly, follow directions, learn and remain coachable, ask for help, generate creative solutions, and travel locally.
• Understand the importance of a strong work ethic, completing tasks on time, proofreading before turning work in, and that reliability is critical.
• Convey confidence on the phone (with a smile), show empathy to clients, and put them at ease.
• Treat a call at 4:30 on Friday with the same care and compassion as one on Monday morning.
