This position will be located at East Hanover, New Jersey site and will not have the ability to be located re-motely. This position will re-quire travel as defined by the business (domestic and/ or international)

The Associate Director - Advanced Therapy Platforms (ATP), NPS Experience & Platform Innovation within Market Access & Patient Support (NPS) organization, is responsible for creating and managing digitally enabled products within a designated product area that serve healthcare professionals and third-party partners we work with. This position will also gather feedback to inform key features, functionality, and overall product roadmap.

Job Description

Major Responsibilities

  • Create and manage digitally enabled products and services within a designated product area.
  • Integrate third-party partners with an open ecosystem that helps patients start and stay on their prescribed specialty medications.
  • Use analytics, testing, research and competitive analysis to contribute to the building of product roadmap, design user-centered products and measure product success.
  • Approach product management with a spirit of frequent, agile iterations that deliver more value continuously.
  • Collaborate and support managing cross functional relationships including legal partners, UX/UI designers, behavioral scientists, system architects, and brand teams.


Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required, advanced degree preferred
  • 4+ years of product management experience
  • Working effectively with third-party partners to define and implement product integrations
  • Effective management and execution skills, including change management on projects/programs
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, work in a fast-paced team environment, and handle multiple projects and tasks
  • Ability to analyze problems, identify alternative solutions and implement recommendations for resolution; taking a problem-solving approach

  • Experienced in establishing and cultivating relationships; able to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders and partners across the

Novartis Compensation Summary:

The salary for this position is expected to range between $152, 600 and 283,400.00 per year. The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors.

Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards.

US-based eligible employees will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, life and disability benefits, a 401(k) with company contribution and match, and a variety of other benefits. In addition, employees are eligible for a generous time off package including vacation, personal days, holidays and other leaves.
