About this Position

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Leader to drive the growth of our Acumatica sales team across the U.S. and Canada. This high-impact role is focused on leading a high-performing team to achieve ambitious sales targets and expand new business revenue. We are looking for a visionary leader with a proven track record in sales leadership, exceptional communication skills, and deep expertise in the manufacturing, construction, and food and beverage industries.

As the Sales Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our sales strategy, collaborating closely with marketing and sales management to identify growth opportunities and guiding your team in lead generation and qualifications. You will also oversee impactful product demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals. A critical part of this role is by owning the new business sales pipeline and ensuring accurate revenue forecasting.

Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Extensive ERP sales experience, preferably with, but not limited to, Acumatica.
  • Proven success in building and nurturing relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Expertise in delivering tailored software demonstrations and creating value propositions that meet client needs.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting tight deadlines and achieving high-pressure objectives.
  • Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant CRM tools.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range: TBD.

This position is also eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan.
