Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
6-10 yrs. of experience in Microsoft Active Directory and Windows Server administration Responsible for Advanced Windows System Administration of 2008, 2012,2016and 2019 servers Expertise in Active Directory, including ADFS and Azure AD Responsible for day-to-day administration duties including Windows Active Directory object maintenance. Conducts complex troubleshooting and repair tasks on Active Directory, Windows Server 2008-2019, Domain Controllers, user authentication and other operational systems as needed Responsible for the functioning of Microsoft Windows systems under supervision including on-prem Azure AD, DNS, ADFS, PKI, DFS, DHCP etc.
Roles & Responsibilities
Ensure High availability of customers IT Infrastructure managed Perform Incident, Problem & Change Management using assigned Tools Ensure compliance to agreed SOWs Handle Technical Escalations received from Customer Create SOPs ensuring compliance to Service Level Agreements (SLA) and train internal teams Troubleshoot High Severity incidents & Provide RCA Take initiatives in learning new Technologies & Tools Co-ordination with customer on Incident resolutions & closure Perform diagnosis, troubleshoot, and conduct root-cause analysis in conjunction with the service team post-incident Document technical procedures and work instructions Excellent problem-solving skills. Good analytical and communication skills. Proficient understanding on global Active Directory Infrastructure, including, design and implementation of Group Policy, domain consolidation for large scale organizations
Salary Range-$100,000-$130,000 a year
