Identifies and develops key account alliances and relationship programs designed to produce sales opportunities. Recruits, develops and manages strategic partner alliances/partnerships and opportunity pipelines and ensures the retention, growth and customer satisfaction of accounts. Evangelizes company products in conjunction with recruiting key alliances/partnerships. Evaluates program trends and provides analysis and recommendations to management. Works toward mutual goals, strategies, and objectives to build awareness and support of overall strategic benefits of the alliance. Provides for financial analyses, long-range forecasting and analysis studies associated with potential alliances/partnerships. Monitors programs to assess the sales impact of the solution(s) in the marketplace and the overall success of the alliance. Monitors competitor activity in accounts and implements strategies to maintain account ownership and block competitor advancement.

The OpportunityThe
ACS Partner Alliance Leader (PAL) is a senior member of the professional services team and leads the relationship with a number of named business partners, SI's and agencies. The role is an overlay, regional management, individual contributor position. ACS PALs serves as a vital bridge between external GSI's, Agencies and Tech Partners, License Sales AEs, Partner Managers, Professional Services Sales, Delivery across the Adobe ecosystem.
They are responsible for supporting PS bookings performance which is delivered via digital consulting projects that involve digital strategy development, organizational restructuring and management improvement to maximize efficiencies and deliver business value.
PALs will work with senior managers and program directors at our partners on opportunities where we should team and work collaboratively. Ideally, they should have cross industry expertise and professional services sales experience.
What you'll Do- Identify and onboard new partners aligned with the business strategy.
- Manage partner lifecycle, including relationship-building and joint business development activities.
- Work with partners to co-create go-to-market initiatives.
- Ensure alignment between partner goals and the organization's services offerings
Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $177,000 -- $287,650 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $198,700 - $287,650
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
