Qualifications/Requirements:
In this position, you will serve as a senior Acquisition Program Manager responsible for the leadership and oversight of mission-critical defense acquisition programs, with a focus on GPS modernization and space systems. You will manage the complete program lifecycle for advanced technology initiatives, including microchip development and anti-tamper crypto technologies.
U.S. Citizenship
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.
This is a designated Drug Testing Position.
Must meet Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) requirements. Applicant must possess or be able to obtain a Back to Basics (BtB) Practitioner certification in Program Management.
This position is eligible for situational telework as per management's discretion.

Technical Program Leadership: Lead and oversee national security acquisition programs focused on GPS modernization and advanced technology development.
Lifecycle Management: Manage the full program lifecycle (cost, schedule, and performance) for complex technology initiatives, including hardware/software and anti-tamper crypto technologies.
Team and Contract Coordination: Guide large, cross-functional teams, manage complex Department of Defense acquisition contracts, and coordinate with both contractor and government personnel.
Stakeholder Communication: Report program status and insights to senior leadership, build relationships with external organizations, and mentor fellow military and civilian personnel.
