Accounting SupervisorLocation: Murphys, CA
Pay: $34.00 - $55.00 per hour
What You'll Be DoingNo two days are exactly the same, but here's a look at what you'll be responsible for:
- Leading and supporting our day-to-day accounting operations.
- Reviewing and maintaining accurate financial records and journal entries.
- Managing general ledger activities and account reconciliations.
- Preparing financial reports that help leadership make informed business decisions.
- Developing and managing budgets and assisting with financial planning.
- Monitoring internal controls and ensuring compliance with accounting best practices.
- Supervising and mentoring accounting staff while helping them grow professionally.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
- Collaborating with departments across the company to support business operations.
- Working with auditors and other external partners when needed.
- Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all financial matters.

What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is:
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Analytical and comfortable working with numbers and financial data.

- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experienced in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Excited to contribute ideas and help improve processes.
Qualifications- 5-8 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong math, data entry, and organizational skills.
- Manufacturing or cost accounting experience is a plus!

Work EnvironmentThis position is primarily office-based within our manufacturing facility in Murphys, CA. You'll regularly work with employees across departments and occasionally spend time in production or warehouse areas supporting inventory and cost accounting functions.
