You'll work directly with ambitious, fast-growing companies and help redefine what great finance and accounting operations look like with the support of Quanta's modern accounting technology.

As an early member of Quanta's
Accounting Operations team, you'll play a foundational role in how we support customers and how our product evolves. You'll work side by side with Engineering and Product to turn real workflow pain in software, automation, and better systems.
What You'll Do- Work directly with customers to close their books and level up their accounting operations
- Act as a trusted partner to finance leaders, advising them as they scale their companies.
- Guide customers through onboarding and implementation, helping them get up and running quickly
- Partner closely with Engineering and Product to build the accounting software you've always wished existed
- Create your own tools, automations, and AI workflows to improve how both you and our customers work
- Turn customer pain points into product insight, helping shape what we build and why
- Help define what Accounting Operations looks like at Quanta as we grow
What We're Looking for- 2+ years of Accounting experience at a fast growing start up
- Passionate about delivering a world class customer experience and enjoys working closely with founders and accounting teams to help them understand their finances
- Experience working with the modern fintech stack e.g. Ramp, Brex, Mercury, Rippling, Gusto
- Strong interest in using AI to reimagine how accounting work gets done, not just make existing processes faster
- A proven record of using AI to build scalable systems and processes
- Ability to navigate large, complex datasets
- Strong technical understanding of US GAAP
- Excited to build an early stage company from 0 to 1, contributing in ways beyond accounting
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex accounting concepts for customers, engineers, and product teams
- Excited about working in-person with a collaborative team in our San Francisco office
