Accounting ManagerLocation: Long Beach, CA
Compensation: $140,000-$150,000 base + discretionary bonus
Direct-Hire PlacementOverviewWe are seeking an Accounting Manager to join a growing, manufacturing organization with approximately $150-200M in revenue. This role will be instrumental in strengthening financial reporting processes, internal controls, and communication with Finance teams
Key Responsibilities- Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
- Manage financial reporting under GAAP
- Support budgeting and forecasting in partnership with executive leadership and FP&A
- Manage and develop a team of 3 direct reports
- Coordinate with external auditors and support audit processes
- Serve as the primary liaison for financial reporting to the international parent company
- Drive process improvements, particularly within ERP environment
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required)
- CPA certification (preferred)
- 6+ years of progressive accounting experience
- 3+ years of management experience with direct reports
- Strong financial reporting
- Manufacturing industry experience is a plus
- Experience with Oracle similar ERP systems preferred
- Strong communication with international stakeholders

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
