Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and SOX compliance.
• Experience in both public accounting and the fintech or technology sector is highly preferred.
• Proven competency with ERP Software (e.g., NetSuite) and automation tools (e.g., Alteryx, BlackLine).
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated drive and proactive approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review accurate GAAP-compliant financial statements and management reports.
• Lead components of monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring precision and timeliness.
• Partner with Finance Systems to streamline processes and implement automation solutions.
• Apply automation and AI tools to modernize accounting operations, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
• Maintain a strong internal control environment aligned with SOX standards and enhance automated controls as needed.
• Collaborate closely with various departments to align accounting policies with business initiatives.
• Serve as the key point of contact for external auditors, ensuring smooth audit execution.
