Role Definition

Provides timely and accurate financial record keeping and reporting as directed by management with limited supervision.

Responsibilities
• Maintaining financial records in accordance with GAAP and organizational standards.
• Creating reports on financial performance for internal and external use.
• Performing balance sheet and P&L reconciliations.
• Creating and utilizing automated tools for the updating, analyzing and reporting of consolidated financial results.

Desired Experience:
  • Technical Aptitude and Tool Familiarity Skilled in using analysis and reporting tools including Power Query, Excel, Power Query and Power BI. Prior experience with advanced platforms such as Dataiku is highly valued. While not mandatory, familiarity with these tools will distinguish top candidates.
  • Intellectual Curiosity A natural inclination to ask questions, explore new ideas, and seek out opportunities for learning and improvement. Candidates should be proactive in identifying areas for innovation and growth
  • Systems Proficiency Hands-on experience with enterprise systems such as Oracle and Business Objects. Comfortable self-serving within these platforms to extract and interpret relevant data.

Additional Information:

This position requires incumbents to be onsite in the Nashville main office 5 days per week.

Summary Pay Range:

$94,728.00 - $151,572.00
