WHY WE THINK YOU WILL LOVE THIS ROLE

Reporting into the Senior Account Director, the Account Supervisor role will lead and execute processes and procedures crafted to support the delivery of client packaging and branding programs. They will be responsible for the for strategy and day-to-day execution of client campaigns. We are looking for someone who can form positive relationships with our clients and drive value with a passion for creative problem-solving. This person should possess a strong understanding of the creative development process and feel passionate about good design.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ORGANIZATION

  • Leads day-to-day responsibilities of delivery of client's packaging/design programs and projects
  • Builds and maintains client relationships via executional excellence/delivery of scope
  • Motivates a cross-functional team to deliver high client satisfaction by handling client expectations while driving toward campaign and project KPIs
  • Establish and maintain strong, professional relationships with the clients by ensuring the successful execution of deliverables and putting forth recommendations related to applied strategy
  • Coordinate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop accurate and informed schedules and budgets, and regularly monitor to track progress and communicate implications to timing and budget as needed
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all deliverables are thoroughly reviewed and meet the highest standard of quality
  • Assist in the development and production of plans, presentations, creative briefs, and proposals
  • Supports new idea feasibility and identifying alternate solutions, in partnership with Senior Account Director
  • Manages junior account delivery staff, delegating, managing capacity, proactively identifying rotation opportunities
  • Works collaboratively and professionally across Boxer and tms departments to foster good working relationships, communicate information and facilitate the information flow to make projects successful.


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE

  • 6-8 years of experience working for a leading brand, advertising, or design agency
  • Experience with QSR/food marketing in an account management function preferred
  • Experience in packaging highly preferred
  • Comfortable working with all levels of clients from junior to mid-level to senior-level leaders
  • Adept at anticipating client needs and offering innovative solutions
  • Relevant experience with strategy, planning and execution to drive diverse and complex projects
  • Comfortable with a certain level of project ambiguity, and the flexibility to handle a changing environment.
  • A collaborator, leader and team member with strong work ethic and motivation to deliver exceptional results
  • Incredible at time-management and project plan development, impeccable organization, and the flexibility to adapt to changes and prioritization
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.


Starting salary between $90,000-$100,000 Annually
