Job DescriptionWe are looking for an outstanding Account Supervisor to assist in the development and management of advertising, marketing, and medical communications campaigns for major pharmaceutical companies and brands. Our ideal candidate will have experience planning and managing projects with the internal agency team as well as the client brand team. They will have thoroughly mastered the daily tactical elements of the account, actively participate in longer-term strategic planning, and help shape efficiencies across agency departments, including project management and creative.
Responsibilities- Be responsible for day-to-day business leadership, including strategic input and oversight of tactical development and execution (including internal and client review)
- Provide strategic consultation to the client with support from Director through VP
- Guide internal team (creative team and possibly junior account staff) and the client, ensuring that jobs are done efficiently and are consistent with brand positioning
- Play leading role in development of annual strategy plan, market research, brainstorming, and other strategic activities
- Serve as a resource for agency partners
- Understand client needs and dynamics
Qualifications- 4-6+ years of relevant experience in the account services field within the advertising industry, management consulting discipline, or a similar industry required
- A minimum of one (1) year of prior staff management, development, and mentoring experience preferred
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Sr. Account Manager
- Bachelor's degree required
- Business Skills - decision quality, business acumen, dealing with ambiguity
- Operating/Org Skills- planning & results driven, can help drive agency process and deliverables
- Experience in marketing/promotion experience with healthcare brands required
- Experienced account services professional
- A demonstrated track record of expanding business with existing customers (upselling) and experience supporting new business pitches required

Compensation Range: USD $75,050.00 - USD $120,159.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
