About the role

This role serves as the primary day-to-day partner for assigned clients, building trusted relationships through responsiveness, strategic thinking, and a strong understanding of each client's business goals, industry landscape, and organizational priorities. The position translates client objectives into actionable marketing plans, leading integrated campaigns from concept through delivery while aligning internal teams across strategy, creative, media, analytics, production, and project management to ensure high-quality execution on time and within scope. This job also monitors budgets, resources, timelines, and account performance, identifying risks, recommending optimizations, and turning campaign results into clear insights and next steps that support stronger business outcomes. In addition, the role helps grow accounts by identifying new opportunities, contributes to agency-wide initiatives and new business efforts, and supports the development of less experienced team members while modeling core values in every client and team interaction.

What you'll do

  • Translate business objectives into strategic marketing initiatives - Partner with clients and internal teams to transform business goals, marketing priorities, and project briefs into actionable plans and integrated marketing programs. Help ensure work aligns to client strategies, brand standards, and desired business outcomes while identifying opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement
  • Lead integrated campaign execution - Coordinate and oversee campaigns and client initiatives from planning through delivery. Work closely with strategy, creative, media, analytics, production, and project management teams to ensure deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and in alignment with approved scope, budget, and quality expectations
  • Manage scope, resources, and account profitability - Partner with project management and agency leadership to monitor scopes of work, resource utilization, timelines, and agency time against budgeted plans. Identify risks, recommend adjustments, and help ensure projects are executed efficiently while supporting account health and profitability objectives.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and accountability - Facilitate communication, decision-making, and alignment across internal teams and external partners. Ensure priorities, responsibilities, approvals, and dependencies are clearly understood and managed so work progresses efficiently and stakeholders remain informed.
  • Monitor performance and provide actionable insights - Support the development and delivery of campaign reporting, performance analyses, and client presentations. Translate data and results into clear observations, recommendations, and next steps that help clients and internal teams make informed decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth - Proactively recognize opportunities to expand services, improve client outcomes, and strengthen partnerships. Contribute ideas, recommendations, and solutions that support organic growth and increased value for both clients and the agency.
  • Support team development and agency growth initiatives - Provide guidance, coaching, and day-to-day support to less experienced team members while fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across the agency. Contribute to client presentations, new business opportunities, and other agency initiatives that support organizational growth and client success.
